#Kalbabaras (eng. #barspeeks) is a Red Brick Beer Workshop communication on their facebook page via Notes system.

As the brand doesn't do ATL campaigns and only advertise themselves through their facebook page, their creatives teams are always challanged to think of something interesting for the people surfing through facebook.

As Red Bricks care not only about selling their beer but also about bringing up the beer culture in Lithuania and possiblt other countries, we thought of series of interviews with Lithuanias' bars and beer places that are something different than just a bar or in an interesting place or etc.

We would go to the bar, prepared a non-traditional, personal interview with the founder of the bar, talking about his point of views and the beer culture. Together we would bring a professional photographer, prepared to shoot some black and white photography, but in an artsy kind of way, not commercial.

Then we would edit the interview and place it in Facebook Notes as a clean, visual piece for people to read.

This easily became one of the most loves content in Red Brick Beer Workshop facebook page.
